Forms and Tools

One of Payahoor’s most remarkable abilities is the deployment of thousands of square meters of special concrete forms to create high-quality structures.

Flying Table

Flying steel table system is the most effective modular table system for building concrete floors and it is an ideal way of construction of multi-story buildings with modular concrete structures. Designed to minimize construction time, labor and material costs, flying table system provides the following benefits:

1. Steadiness and efficiency of formwork
2. Minimizing the weight
3. Flexible for using in different architectural designs
4. Easy transportation and storage

Modular Forms

Payahoor is currently employing the most efficient methods and equipment of formwork to accelerate the building process and reduce the cost. One of these methods, and an advanced one, is Modular form. Modular Forms exist in three different types light, semi-heavy and heavy.

Light forms are easily handled by workers while semi-heavy and heavy forms should be transported by truck or tower-crane. The high hydrostatic strength of these kinds of forms reduces time and cost of concrete placing. Additionally, the concrete surface is plane and smooth and not need any coating.

Aluminous forms

Payahoor uses flexible systems with modern technologies and material, manufactured by well-known international companies such as Peri and Meva.

Meva and Peri Forms

These forms, with standard dimensions, are made of aluminous frames with ElCOS plastic coat (Meva) or Plywood coat (Peri). The forms are designed in several types for ceilings and walls and are extremely light. Compared to the traditional modular forms, the light weight of these forms allows a faster manipulation, installation, and dismantling. Besides, the high surface quality of the forms results in a smooth and plane finish of the concrete surface.

(Drop Head option makes it possible to remove forms without removing the jacks. This way, in less than 48 hours, the forms and jacks can be returned to work)

• Cast-in-place structure construction

We consider concrete as one of the most functional and suitable building materials in the world, and that is the reason why all the structural parts such as load–bearing walls, floor slabs and beams in our construction system are made of concrete using the cast-in-place method. This construction system increases the life time of the buildings to over one hundred years which is almost three times life time of a building built with traditional methods.

• Providing the strongest earthquake proof structures

Considering the fact that, in this construction method, the structure consists of concrete load bearing shear walls not using any masonry materials, this construction system is lighter than traditional methods and therefore earthquake resistant.


Applying Flying table system

This system is a cost effective modular formwork system for the successive casting of concrete floors. It’s ideal for multi story buildings and is designed to minimize construction times, labor and material costs.
