Flying Table
Flying steel table system is the most effective modular table system for building concrete floors and it is an ideal way of construction of multi-story buildings with modular concrete structures. Designed to minimize construction time, labor and material costs, flying table system provides the following benefits:

Modular Forms
Payahoor is currently employing the most efficient methods and equipment of formwork to accelerate the building process and reduce the cost. One of these methods, and an advanced one, is Modular form. Modular Forms exist in three different types light, semi-heavy and heavy.
Light forms are easily handled by workers while semi-heavy and heavy forms should be transported by truck or tower-crane. The high hydrostatic strength of these kinds of forms reduces time and cost of concrete placing. Additionally, the concrete surface is plane and smooth and not need any coating.
Aluminous forms
Payahoor uses flexible systems with modern technologies and material, manufactured by well-known international companies such as Peri and Meva.
Meva and Peri Forms
These forms, with standard dimensions, are made of aluminous frames with ElCOS plastic coat (Meva) or Plywood coat (Peri). The forms are designed in several types for ceilings and walls and are extremely light. Compared to the traditional modular forms, the light weight of these forms allows a faster manipulation, installation, and dismantling. Besides, the high surface quality of the forms results in a smooth and plane finish of the concrete surface.
(Drop Head option makes it possible to remove forms without removing the jacks. This way, in less than 48 hours, the forms and jacks can be returned to work)
